update:
after harassing the company 3 times with email jpgs of the sent rebate info and requests, I got my rebate in about 16 weeks. wow, 4 months for one $20 check? But, in the end after a lot of work and hassle, it paid off. Just don't offer rebates if you don't want to give them out. And certainly don't lie that you lost them in the mail, and then it takes 8 more weeks after an 8 week wait for a check, then it doesn't, it takes 3 days. Suspect.
The cooler itself? Truly Amazing. The whole line they create. Just don't bother with their rebates.

why would your company do that? $20, really? after I proved I did send it properly...
so in writing you're going to tell me that it is going to take 16 weeks to send $20. about $1.10 a week.
Does your company need some money? Should I find a loan company that can support you?
Or do you just follow bad business practices and I need to file a complaint with newegg and the BBB?
