vmware workstation 1.6x 17.1 win10 win 8.1 20 aio iso fix install error

win 8.1 problems with this ISO (or this download maybe re-download)

problems with:
amd ryzen 3950x
64gb 32x2 16-16-18-36 25600 3200(2666 with bios x.o.p.)
1tb nvme boot win10
2tb sata ssd
2080ti 11gb gpu
vm ws 16.x, 17.1
cd iso Win8.1.AIO.x86.x64.MBR-UEFI.iso
hd scsi (30gb or 40gb) single file
uefi + secure boot
os version - microsoft windows 8.x x64
processors virtualization AMD-V/RVI
* also in bios make sure the virtualization is set
adanced | cpu configuration | SVM Mode [enabled]

[bad] Win8.1.AIO.x86.x64.MBR-UEFI.iso 7,086,406 kb
[good] Win81AIO-20in1-x64-en-US-Feb2014.iso 4,872,558 kb

vmware workstation 16.x and 17.1 with:
Win8.1.AIO.x86.x64.MBR-UEFI.iso
8gb or 16gb ram
2x2 or 4x2 cpu/thread
30b or 40gb single vdrive
cd image:

amd virtualization
bios or uefi / uefi secure boot as well

it in every option of x64 8.1 in the first menu on cd boot
and every 8.1 pro, media center version, vl, enterprise all crash at 82-83%~ install


with mv ws 17.1 and 8gb ram,2x2,40gb,uefi secure and
the smaller iso from here does install:
Win81AIO-20in1-x64-en-US-Feb2014.iso

and the system setup above it works 100%.
it must be the strange 20 AIO image that is corrupt or always had bugs
