fake USPS with delivery notice .ZIP file and whelsof virus

This virus will lock your desktop and it demands money. It is not easy for beginners to get rid of. If you get a delivery notice with form to fill out, look at where it came from, this one came from *@theaudiopost.com, which is obviously NOT USPS.
google.com some fixes for it, and don;t open the .zip file itself. whelsof is hard to get rid of for beginners.

The whois.net is this "guy"
and the info is in a HASH code.
0x10f66be4 converted to a string from HEX is

which means? huh> okay whatever...
