Deadspace 3 crash c0000005 VJoy fix

I was using VJoy and a Logitech HD webcam to control my mouse movements on top of my actual hand mouse tracking. It worked great in Fallout 3 : New Vegas. When I started Deadspace 3 it completely took a dump with this error in the listed problems:

I wondered what it was as there are so many possibilities? It was simple, goto:

Device manager > Human Interface Devices > VJoy Virtual Joystick

right click and disable it when playing Deadspace 3. I am also going to test if the new 344.11 geforce drivers for my 560ti 2gb in SLI is slowing down via the driver, or the VJoy as well (even if not used). I am getting stuttering and I can't figure out why, low heat, nothing virtual like tightvnc or anything...
