Start in SAFE MODE (usually F8 as bios is starting a black windows startup after bios keys are offered to do things, aka wait until after maybe bios says nothing or says F8 for other things like boot sequence choice... or just smash F8 over and over)
Do no choose networking, the licensing works there and freaks out.
WIN+E key opens explorer, in command prompt only safe mode, just type
and enter and then you can go into the windows explorer and rename the following fils
windows > system32 >
wpa.dbl
wpa.bak
to
wpa.dbl.old
wpa.bak.old
so it cannot find license info that is scrambled.
then call or internet the license with MS
or use the KJ activator if you cannot connect and own the soft.
KJ121206 seems to work with XP SP3 home at least
