cURL problem fix apache 2.4.33 x64 php 8.3.2 x64 ts

win10 x64
curl did not run with
apache 2.4.33 x64 vc15
php 8.3.2 x64 ts vs16
https://windows.php.net/download/
https://windows.php.net/downloads/relea ... 16-x64.zip
but i updated to
apache 2.4.58 x64 vs17
https://www.apachelounge.com/download/
then restarted windows 10 x64 and it worked fine showing up with phpinfo and a curl test
you can use rapid environment editor to make sure your
-apache server folder and php folder
-php exe folder are both added to your path with the program:
