This is a mod of Left4Dead I created of Philadelphia in Center City where I live. Everything in a 2 block raidus was modeled and textured to roughly match the environment. The idea of this was to create a virtual environment that was also a game that already existed, cutting on 3d engine creation cost and development resources. It was also incredibly fun to see what the neighborhood looked like after a zombie holocaust.

I am creating MODs for both Valve's Left4Dead and Left4Dead2 with their gracious editor, Hammer and some 3dsmax. I am also creating a unique campaign for Fallout3 titled 'Fallout3:The Philadelphia Experiment, which is much harder and laborous than the Valve Source project but in the end will produce a great simulation for everyone I believe.
I can use a game engine to visualize many things beyond the scope of a mod or new game creation for a client. Game engines allow today's modern GPU systems to realtime visualize forensic data, architectural previz environments, and training for necessary virtual environments. If your project requires a game engine, you will be responsible for providing a license for the project length that I may use for myself and your production. After production ends, you amy choose to allow me to keep the project license, or keep it for yourself. Under no circumstances are game engine licenses copied or used when an original is already used at another location or term of license user is also using it.
